I’d always recommend booking your cake 6 – 12 months in advance to secure your date.
Yes! I bake all of my cakes from scratch using the finest ingredients, including free range eggs, vanilla bean paste and conserves from France. No packet mixes or pre-prepared ingredients are used.
All our cakes contain Wheat Flour (Gluten), Eggs and Milk and may contain Soya and Sulphites. My kitchen has traces of Nuts as I bake fruit cakes that contain nuts so unfortunately cannot guarantee and Nut Free or Gluten Free cake.
I’m afraid I can only decorate cakes that I’ve baked myself.
If you want your wedding cake to be decorated with fresh flowers, you will need to speak to your florist to arrange safe flowers. I’ll then be able to liaise with your florist regarding the floral decorations required and the planning for the date.
Yes, any cake with multiple tiers can have different flavours. My cupcakes require a minimum number of 6 in any flavour.
I offer a taster session so you can sample some of the delicious flavours I do for wedding cakes only. The taster sessions are designed for two people, however if you’d like to bring another person, please let me know in advance. If the cake has not yet been booked, the consultation will be charged at £25. This cost will be deducted if you decide to go ahead and make a booking.
Preparing for the consultation – Please bring any pictures of the style of cake you would like, as well as any fabric samples or colours that can help when planning your cake design.
