Made from the finest of ingredients, I use locally sourced free range eggs, a selection of French jams and velvety vanilla bean paste.

All fondant covered cakes are encased in a layer of luxurious Belgian chocolate to keep them stable especially in the warmer months.
Vanilla - A light sponge infused with luxurious vanilla bean paste, layered with fluffy vanilla buttercream and French strawberry conserve.
Zesty Lemon - A light lemon sponge made using the zest and juice of fresh lemons layered with fluffy lemon buttercream and zesty lemon curd.
Belgian Chocolate Fudge - A decadent moist chocolate sponge layered with Belgian chocolate buttercream.
Chocolate Orange - A decadent moist chocolate sponge layered with chocolate orange buttercream.
Lemon and Elderflower - A light lemon sponge infused with an elderflower syrup, layered with zingy lemon curd and fluffy lemon buttercream.
Fresh Raspberry - A light vanilla bean sponge layered with fresh raspberry buttercream.
White Chocolate and Passion Fruit - A light white chocolate sponge layered with fluffy passion fruit buttercream and locally sourced passion fruit curd.
