Payment terms

Wedding cakes

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is taken at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the date of the wedding.  Any changes to the design could be chargeable.  Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or cash.  If you are required to cancel your booking following your final balance payment then no refund is available.

Celebration cakes

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your cake order is taken at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is then due 2 weeks before the occasion date. Any changes to the design could be chargeable. Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or cash.  If you are required to cancel your booking following your final balance payment then no refund is available.

Refunds/Cancellations

I reserve the right to cancel bookings when circumstances beyond my control such as natural disaters, extreme weather or ill health occur.  In such an instance I will provide a full refund of any monies paid.
